Welcome to Kritikus Foundation

Kritikus Foundation, a non-profit organization based in Northern California, has since 1987 been a leader in education of healthcare professionals and process improvement through protocol and program implementation in the acute care setting.

Our nationally recognized Shock Program, a multidisciplinary hospital program for early identification and resuscitation of shock in non-trauma patients, has dramatically reduced mortality. Our foundation has led the way in studying automated proning and kinetic therapy for the treatment of ARDS and acute lung injury.
